What is the Worry Free Delivery Guarantee?

Incidents of package theft and damages during delivery transit are both on the rise. At Healthier Homes, we strive to offer the best in customer care. Oftentimes the claims process with shipping companies is tedious and inadequate. In an effort to better serve you, we partnered with Seel to offer the option for Worry Free Delivery.

 

Worry Free Delivery is a third-party package protection service provided by Seel, which covers the cost of stolen, damaged, and lost items that have been shipped out to you. To qualify, simply opt in at the time of checkout to purchase your Worry Free Delivery protection. It's that simple. You will then receive a separate confirmation email from Seel with information, should you need to file a claim for reimbursement.

 

If you purchased Worry-Free Delivery with your Healthier Homes order, you can easily report an issue directly to Seel via the Seel Resolution Center.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If you purchased Worry-Free Delivery with your order, you can report damages within 7 days of delivery through the Seel Resolution Center. Initiate the request using your email and order number found on the Seel confirmation email.

What should I do if my order was stolen after delivery?

If you purchased Worry-Free Delivery with your order, you can report stolen packages within 7 days of delivery through the Seel Resolution Center. Initiate the request using your email and order number found on the Seel  confirmation email.

What should I do if my order was lost during delivery?

If you purchased Worry-Free Delivery with your order, you can report a loss 30 days after placing your order of delivery through the Seel Resolution Center. Initiate the request using your email and order number found on the Seel confirmation email.

How long do I have to report a shipping issue?

If you purchased Worry-Free Delivery with your order, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to report theft or damage and can report a loss for domestic orders between 30 and 60 days after placing the order.

When will I receive my Worry-Free Delivery payout? How do I replace an item?

Seel will review the shipping issue. Valid claims are refunded via your original form of payment, directly from Seel. Upon approval from Seel, please allow up to 5 business days for processing before funds may be  available. If you wish to replace the damaged item, simply purchase it from us again.

Filing a damage claim

Filing an issue for damage requires shoppers to visit the Seel Resolution Center to initiate the request. To report an issue of damage, please include clear photos of: the carrier packaging, product packaging, and how the item is damaged. Note that damage to the exterior packaging - without affecting the item(s) inside - are not covered. (For manufacturing defects, contact Healthier Homes.)

Filing a loss claim

Filing an issue for loss requires shoppers to visit the Seel Resolution Center to initiate the request. Domestic packages not delivered within 30-days from the date of fulfillment (i.e., the date when the order is shipped by the merchant) and International packages not delivered within 60-days from the date of fulfillment are considered lost. Tracking status must either be marked by the carrier as lost, or the shipment must not have a delivery scan within 30 days from the day it was shipped.

Filing a theft claim

Filing an issue for theft requires shoppers to visit the Seel Resolution Center to initiate the request. Packages that have a shipping status of “delivered” but were not received by the shopper are considered “theft" (not all theft is deemed criminal in nature). To qualify as a case of theft, supporting documents, such as a police report, may be required during the issue resolution process. Theft issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
